Heads of the Departments and Librarian are hereby informed that the Distribution of Marksheets of CU Final Year Examination 2020 and the process of procurement of Library and other Clearance from the College Central Library and the Department will start from Wednesday, 4^th November 2020 as per following schedule:

Heads of the Departments are requested to arrange for the process of issuing the Departmental Library and other Clearance Certificate to the students and communicate the same to the Librarian as per the above schedule.

Librarian is requested to arrange for the process of issuing the Library Clearance Certificate to the students as per the above schedule.

They may also please communicate to students the following:

1.      Students should strictly follow the Govt. Guidelines of wearing masks and maintaining physical distance from each other.

2.     Students should also be asked to bring their College ID card, water, sanitizers etc.

3.     A student must leave the College premise immediately after he/she receives the marksheet.

4.    Students are to produce the Library and other Clearance Certificates (from Central Library and Department) to the Student’s Section at the time of collecting marksheet.
